Introduction
Hathway Investment Nepal IPO is coming to the general public at the face value of Rs. 50 which means if you apply for 10 units of share than you have to pay Rs. 1000. Hathway Investment Nepal IPO will be happen in two phases in first phase, it will be opened for the eligible nepalease foreign employees and in the second phase it will be opened for the general public.
2,92,500 units of share will be allocated to the Eligible Nepalease foreign employees from 2080/04/04 to 2023/04/18. The applicant can apply for a minimum of 20 units to a maximum of 1,00,000 units of shares of the Hathway company limited.
After the completion of allotment to the Foreign employees it will be open for the general public. General public will get to apply for the Hathway investment Nepal IPO of 24,27,750 units of share.
The company has appointed Global Capital Limited as the issue manager. The agreement has been signed by the Head of the Both company limited.
